THE PLAN

Stage zero

Incubation

This is the stage CFCG is currently at. Everything has to start somewhere and for me, it's a small online shopify store, running a Print On-Demand service.

During this stage I will do my best to maintain the store on my own, as well as lay the foundation of the core values that will persist throughout the lifespan of the company. One of those values is complete transparency which is why all information related to running this store will be available on this page, as well as semi-frequent blog posts I hope to keep up with.

Of course, this will all be run within my spare time and with some savings so this may just be what CFCG is for the foreseeable future. However, if this store starts growing, generating enough income to sustain itself, then the plan can finally commence.

Stage one

Collaboration

At this point, CFCG is completely owned, operated and maintained by the same one guy. But now, the store has seen some level of success and is ready to move onto the next step on its journey. Collaboration.

You may have noticed the 'Artists' section of the website and some tags on the products. You may also notice the VIP dropdown at the bottom of the page. These look pretty scarce right now but this is where that will start to change.

Legitimisation

The Final Stage. At this point I will be fully knowledge and prepared transition into the final stage of the beginning. Everyone on the council, has a Patreon subscription or has/is helping out will receive a share in the company. Anyemployee hired from then on, gets one as well.

Voting Infrastructure laid down in previous stages will now be available to anyone and everyone we employ.
